Department/Specialty: Links Lane

Schedule: Full time | Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Orchestrate Comprehensive Care by serving as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to ensure a seamless, well-communicated experience for every patient.

  • Execute Precision Nursing by administering treatments and physician orders with a high degree of clinical accuracy, adhering strictly to safety protocols and organizational standards.

  • Monitor and Advocate for patient health by tracking vital signs and conditions in real-time, proactively communicating changes to the medical team to ensure timely interventions.

  • Bridge the Path to Recovery by assessing and managing discharge planning from day one, ensuring patients and their families are fully prepared and supported for their transition home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Clinical Operations & Coordination: Demonstrates extensive experience in triage and the prior authorization process, ensuring efficient patient flow and timely access to care.
  • Communication & Quality Management: Leverages strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively while applying a deep understanding of quality measures to drive clinical excellence and organizational standards.
