Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Position: Registered Nurse – Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Critical Care / ICU Registered Nurses to join healthcare facilities across the United States. The ICU RN will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and medically complex patients requiring close monitoring and advanced interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, clinical status, and response to treatment.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced clinical support.
• Assist with procedures and interventions performed in the critical care setting.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.
• Participate in emergency response and resuscitation activities when required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for U.S. RN licensure.
• At least 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience preferred.
• Recent ICU/Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• U.S. RN credentials such as NCLEX and other applicable requirements may be required depending on the position and visa pathway.
