Required Skills:
Valid Perm Medical Assistant (MA) license
Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience
Travel experience preferred
Comfort with a variety of cases, including pediatric emergencies
Ability to handle high-acuity situations with confidence and compassion
Must possess PALS and TNCC certifications before start date
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with pediatric case management given recent rise in pediatric illnesses
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Previous experience working in diverse hospital environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Current valid MD license
At least 2 years of ER nursing experience in a hospital setting
Prior travel nursing experience is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
Must be comfortable working within a 50-mile radius of the facility if local
Orientation scheduled for 5/26, 6/09, and 6/23
Willingness to travel as needed and maintain certifications such as PALS and TNCC
