Deliver individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric residents
Complete assessments and care plan updates
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor resident conditions and respond to emergencies effectively
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Support and guide nursing assistants
Provide coaching and direction to team members
Serve as Nurse in Charge when assigned
Communicate with physicians, the Director of Nursing, and other departments
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Educate residents and families on treatments and care plans
Follow infection control and safety regulations
Protect resident rights and confidentiality
Report incidents or concerns promptly
Participate in quality improvement and ongoing training
Current, unencumbered Minnesota RN license
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to lift/push/pull 30–60 lbs with assistance as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Ability to work in physically and emotionally demanding situations
