Compensation:
Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 Per HR
Description:
• This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to work evening shifts in a healthcare setting, focusing on the health and safety of individuals served.
• The role is contract-based and located in Commack, NY, with a schedule from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
• Candidates must have a current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Requirements:
• Monitor overall health and safety of individuals served.
• Supervise and train staff on medication administration and safety protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Generate incident and health reports.
• Maintain medical records according to guidelines.
• Ensure timely scheduling of medical appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain adequate supply of medications and medical equipment.
Qualifications:
• Experience with developmentally disabled populations preferred.
• Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse required.
