_Baystate Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their Flex team in Westfield, MA_


The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides critical staffing support across multiple inpatient and specialty units, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.


Float Pool RNs will work in the following areas:


+ Medical/Surgical Telemetry

+ Intermediate Care (IMC)

+ Emergency Department (ED)

+ Rehabilitation


This role is ideal for nurses seeking diverse clinical experience in a fast-paced hospital setting.


SCHEDULE & LOCATION:


+ Location: Baystate Noble Hospital – Westfield, MA

+ Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool

+ Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours per week

+ Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

+ Every other weekend required

+ Rotating holidays

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


+ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)

+ Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification

+ Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination
