    Position:

    • Permanent - Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Highly competitive salary and employee benefits
    • Both day and night 12-hour shifts are available

    Key Requirements:

    • Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is highly preferred.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of RN experience in a direct patient care setting.
    • Licensure: Must hold a valid RN license in the State of Georgia or possess a multi-state/compact RN license.
    • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon hire. ACLS certification is preferred within 6 months of joining us.
    • Skills: We seek someone with excellent critical thinking and decisive judgment abilities. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining effective action plans.

    Essential Functions:

    • Problem-Solving Excellence: Identify and address existing and potential patient care issues.
    • Dedicated Patient Care: Engage in direct patient care activities, including specimen collection, wound care, and medication administration.
    • Meticulous Documentation: Ensure all patient care activities are thoroughly documented for seamless communication.
    • Patient Advocacy: Act as a champion for our patients' physical and emotional well-being, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, fellow RNs, patients, and their families, ensuring a holistic approach to healthcare.
