Registered Nurse

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital system in and around the Greater Cleveland, OH area to hire Registered Nurses (RNs) across all specialties. We are hiring for all shifts, located at multiple hospitals, with a pay range of $30.00 - $55.00 per hour, based on experience, specialty, and shift worked. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and supporting positive patient outcomes in a variety of acute care, specialty care, and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses to care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required depending on assignment.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates may be considered for select opportunities.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
