ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted.-Require WI Registered Nurse license at hire. (if multistate compact license, must get WI within 3 months).-Illinois RN license obtained within three months of hire.-Must be CPR certified within 3 months of hire.-ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.-Previous experience desired in surgical services or gastroenterology.
