We're looking for compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis, completing initial assessments and supervisory visits for clients receiving personal care services in their homes.

Make your own schedule! Plan visits around your availability, grouping appointments by location to make the most of your time.
Enjoy a change of pace. No 12-hour shifts, overnight rotations, or mandatory weekends.
Put your experience to good use. Complete client assessments, provide caregiver guidance, and help ensure quality care.
Make a meaningful difference. Help seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

| Initial Client Assessment | $65 per visit |
| 6-Month Reassessment | $55 per visit |
| Missed Visit (Client Not Home) | $30 |
| In-Service / Training Class | $30 |
| Occasional Aide Clinical Orientation | $20 |
| Office / Administrative Work | $20 per hour |
Extra Mileage Bonus: Earn an additional $5 per visit for clients located more than 30 miles from our office.
Active Virginia RN license or compact license valid in Virginia
At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital, home health, rehabilitation, or similar setting
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients' homes
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Home care or Medicaid experience is a plus, but not required!
