Job Summary

This ICU Registered Nurse position requires 48 hours per week on a 12-hour rotating schedule, covering days and nights with every other weekend rotation. If working through winter holidays, 2 holidays are required. The nurse will be expected to float between the ICU and IMCU.

Key Responsibilities

• Work 48 hours/week on a 12-hour rotating schedule, days/nights, with every other weekend rotation
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed
• Adhere to holiday requirements: if working through winter holidays, 2 holidays are required

Required Skills

• Proficiency with EPIC (required)
• CT surgery experience required
• Experience with devices such as IABP and IMPELLA required

Education Requirements

• BLS American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS American Heart Association (AHA) required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar ICU or critical care setting required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Any color scrubs permitted
• Orientation is weekly
• Must be separated from BILH for 6 months prior to being considered
