Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Position Type: Direct Placement Location: Dallas, TX Work Type: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Registered Nurse - ICU delivers direct patient care to critically ill individuals, including continuous monitoring, medication administration, and treatment plan execution.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and evidence-based practices.
Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and life-support systems.
Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code situations.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
