• Shift / Schedule: Night Shift (3x12 Hours), 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary

This is an ICU Registered Nurse travel/contract opportunity at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Lubbock, TX. The position is open to first-time travelers (Block 1st timers OK) and will float between units. Block schedules are approved based on staffing and unit needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Float between units as required
• Provide critical care nursing at patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3
• Work a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Adhere to 3x12-hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Follow department dress code: solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN); scrub tops may have colored piping; print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU)

Required Skills

• ICU critical care nursing skills
• Ability to work at 1:2 / 1:3 patient ratios

• Availability for weekend shifts (minimum 6 per 6-week block)
• Ability to work 48-hour blocks (approved)

Preferred Skills

• Neuro ICU experience preferred
