Travel Registered Nurse RN Supervisor (SCU / ED)

Location: Hamilton, New York

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (11/09/2026 - 02/06/2027)

Shift: Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)

Local Candidates: Accepted (75-Mile Radius Rule Applies)

Weekly Gross Pay: $2,500 to $2,800

Position Overview

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership capability, prior Charge and Supervisor experience, and strong clinical expertise in both Special Care Unit (SCU) and Emergency Department (ED) environments with the flexibility to assist hands-on in clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and clinical leadership across assigned units

• Oversee bed management, patient flow, and nursing workflow during the night shift

• Deliver direct clinical care and support in Special Care Unit (SCU) and Emergency Department (ED) settings as needed

• Respond to patient emergencies and guide clinical interventions

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, facility protocols, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active New York RN License (in hand)

• BLS & ACLS Certifications

• Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse

• Strong background in both Special Care Unit (SCU) and Emergency Department (ED) care Demonstrated clinical hands-on capabilities and leadership skills
