About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a hospital-based Medical-Surgical team in a permanent position.
This opportunity is open to both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs. You will work alongside an experienced healthcare team while providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to Medical-Surgical patients.
Compensation & Benefits
- $29.00 – $43.00 per hour, based on education and experience
- Additional $2.00/hour shift and weekend differential
- Up to $5,000 relocation allowance
- Permanent employment
- 36 hours per week
- No on-call requirement
- New graduates welcome to apply

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
New Graduates

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to MedSurg patients
- Assess patients and monitor changes in their condition
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical protocols
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Support a positive and collaborative patient-care environment
