" Procedures may include bedside tracheostomy/PEG placement, central venous catheter placement, bedside EGD, bronchoscopy and massive transfusion protocol
" Orientation includes one day of central orientation and two days on the unit...

" Strong dysrhythmia interpretation and management experience is required
" Experience managing multisystem organ dysfunction/failure is required
" IV insulin protocols, blood product administration, central/PICC line management and TPN/Lipids experience are required
" Continuous IV sedation, neuromuscular blockade, emergency medications and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips are required
" Ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, fresh tracheostomy care and suctioning experience are required
" Acute/chronic renal failure and CVVHD/CRRT experience are required...
