A respected healthcare system in western Montana is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join its acute care team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical environment. The RN will be responsible for coordinating and delivering safe, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. The role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, and the ability to work in a dynamic acute care setting while supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Deliver compassionate, therapeutic, and evidence-based treatment
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
Ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and professional practice standards
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Work Schedule Options Multiple openings are available with flexible scheduling options:
Per Diem / On-Call - Variable shifts
Part-Time - Day shift
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Montana
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire
Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
Preferred Qualifications
National certification in a nursing specialty area
