We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Clinic Pool.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, safe, and high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple medical specialties.
• Triage patient calls, portal messages, and clinical concerns and determine appropriate follow-up.
• Assess patient needs and communicate relevant clinical information to providers.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments according to orders and scope of practice.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and other clinical needs.
• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate laboratory testing, imaging, referrals, and other aspects of patient care.
• Review and communicate test results and follow up with patients as directed by the provider.
• Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition requiring additional assessment or intervention.
• Provide telephone and electronic clinical support to patients.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, education, and communications accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Support clinic workflow and provide coverage across different specialties based on staffing needs.
• Adapt to different providers, workflows, patient populations, and specialty-specific needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, Medical Assistants, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Perform other nursing and clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous outpatient or ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
• Multispecialty clinic experience is a plus.
• Strong assessment, communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team.
