As we grow and expand our vision of exceptional care, we are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will design and manage individualized care plans, utilizing strong attention to detail, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to acting in the best interest of those we serve.
Hours
Monday-Sunday 12-hour Night shift from
8:00 pm-8:00 amEvery other weekend
or every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 8:00 pm-8:00 am.
Responsibilities - Work with both respiratory trach and ventilator and non-respiratory patients in the 1:1 private home setting
- Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and documenting medical histories.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assisting with critical care tasks, including airway management and acute pain management.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient conditions.
- Educating patients and families on health management and medication administration.
Qualifications- Currently a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota

- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- BLS certification required
