Registered Nurse (RN) – Minot, North Dakota

About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Minot, North Dakota. In this position, you will provide high-quality patient care, promote recovery, and support overall well-being. You will also play an important role in educating patients and families on preventive health and care practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide effective care and advice
• Observe, interpret, and communicate symptoms to physicians and healthcare teams
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans
• Perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, charting, etc.)
• Administer and adjust medications and treatments per physician’s orders
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards, including equipment sanitation and patient area preparation
• Provide urgent medical care in emergency situations
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols (sanitation, infection control, decontamination)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach
• Compassionate, responsible, and committed to patient-centered care
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
