Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Nursing Home Surveyor/Complaint Investigator in New Rochelle, NY. This role focuses on regulatory compliance, investigations, and quality assurance in long-term care facilities.

Qualifications:
  • Active New York State RN License.
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in utilization review, claims adjudication, medical review, fraud investigation, surveillance, or monitoring activities.
  •  OR 3 years of clinical or administrative experience.
  •  OR Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing + 2 years experience.
  •  At least 1 year of survey experience required.
  •  SMQT Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
  •  Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Conduct nursing home surveys and complaint investigations.
  •  Evaluate compliance with federal and state regulations.
  •  Document findings and prepare Statements of Deficiencies (SOD).
  •  Assess Plans of Correction and ensure compliance.
  •  Enter and manage data in state and federal systems.
  •  Participate in hearings and regulatory meetings.
  •  Travel to assigned facilities.
