Location: Critical Care Unit, 20333 W 151st St, Olathe, KS 66061
License/Certs: KS RN or Compact RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHF
Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience; proficient with balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts, drawing labs, PICC, conduct codes, and autonomous patient care

What Youll Do:
Provide high-quality care to critical and complex patients in a hybrid ICU/PCU setting
Manage ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients with a 2:1 or 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Perform advanced procedures such as drawing labs and managing PICC lines independently
Conduct codes and respond to emergencies confidently
Float to related units including PCU, Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
What You Need:
Valid Kansas RN license or Compact license
Current BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience in critical care settings
Ability to work independently, handle emergencies, and adapt to various inpatient units
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
