Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Contract

Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles ), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)
OR RN: 12Hr Nights. Weekends and call, as must be flexible with schedule.

Requirements:
Prior travel experience required
Must have 2 years experience in unit
Must have large trauma level 1 experience
EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet
Strong experience required: Gen OR; Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma

Additional Information:
IVS to OFFER
Monday to Sunday
No block schedules for any reason
Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
