We work as an interdisciplinary team with Physicians, LNAs, Oncology Pharmacists, Social Workers, Case Managers, Palliative Care Specialists, Clinical Dietitians, PTs & RTs to provide our patients with the best care possible. As a Hematology/Oncology Nurse in our inpatient unit, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of care to patients with a diagnosis of cancer in various stages including autologous stem cell transplants and end-of-life care.
