Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Watertown, New York 13601
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/01/2026 – 09/02/2026
Shift: Day Shift 5x8 (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM)
Weekend, Holiday & On-Call Required
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week


Position Highlights:

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience within specialty
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Active NYS RN License required
Must have prior Travel Experience
Meditech experience required
BLS – AHA required
ACLS – AHA preferred
Must successfully complete and pass mandatory OR RN final exam
100 Mile Radius Rule applies
On-call required with 30-minute response time
 
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong patient assessment and clinical care skills
Ability to function effectively in high-stress situations
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of clinical equipment and aseptic OR/ASU environments
Dysrhythmia interpretation skills
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and assume charge nurse responsibilities when needed
