Registered Nurse/Operating Room

Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.

Shift: 4x10 Nights 10p-730am Sun-Wed
Weekend requirements - Call coverage, may be asked to work regular shifts on weekends to meet department needs
NO CALL REQUIRED - Night shift roles do not require clinician to take call.
Floating to other ORs at First Hill is possible. Extremely unlikey clinician would be floated to another Swedish facility.

This role will function as charge for night shift and run the show, schedule cases and complete them if they come in. If there are not cases they are responsible for setting up rooms for the following day. We are working on our First case on time starts, this shift is important to move that goal forward.

Candidates do not need specific charge nurse experience, but should have travel experience and be knowledgeable, organized, experienced in scheduling OR cases, and is independent

Hardstop - Robotics, General, Urology, Gyn, Bariatrics minor vascular, plastics, and thoracic cases.

Hardstop- clinician must have thoracic and vascular experience so they are able to take call independently.
