Join a collaborative Pediatric Rheumatology team dedicated to providing ongoing care for children with chronic rheumatologic conditions. This full-time RN position works four 10-hour shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM) with no weekends or holidays required. Based at the IU Health Administrative Offices (1120 W. Michigan Street, CL200/Gatch Hall, Indianapolis), the role primarily supports outpatient clinics at Riley Outpatient Center and may include occasional clinic coverage at IU North in Carmel.
Responsibilities include partnering with providers to implement treatment plans, educating patients and families, coordinating follow-up care, managing medications, and conducting dedicated phone triage. Nurses have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families while supporting continuity of care. After the orientation period, RNs may work remotely one day per week. Pediatric experience is preferred.
