Responsibilities:- Skilled in Trach and Vent
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with clinical best practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and safely
- Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
