Role SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) supports pre-op, intra-op, PACU patient care. This position is responsible for assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the perioperative process, including pre-op, intra-op, and PACU

• Monitor patient status and respond to changes during recovery

• Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members and patients

• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety protocols

• Support patient education and post-op instructions

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited RN program

• Current Ohio RN license (unencumbered)

• At least 1 year of Endo nursing experience (within last 3–5 years)

• Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterity

• Exposure to surgical environments, equipment, and patient care areas

• Full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday)
