The Registered Nurse – PRN assists in the delivery of safe health care to university students who present to the CSU Health Network in the Medical Clinic. This position will work in the medical clinic as a team nurse who provides medical nursing care for a team of providers. This position must be flexible to work in a variety of clinics (acute care, primary care, sexual & reproductive health, immunizations, or allergy) as the needs arise for patient care.
The Registered Nurse – PRN works a varying schedule on a “as needed” basis, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM or later depending on patient variables. The position is asked to be available a minimum of four, 8-hour shifts per month, with additional shifts available to cover staff absences at the request of the Nurse Manager and agreed upon by the Registered Nurse – PRN.
This position works 0-19 hours per week, and is not benefits eligible. The hourly rate is $42.10 / per hour.
