Schedule & Details
• PRN, 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
• As-needed coverage (hours not guaranteed)
• Contract through June 30, 2026
• Local candidates only
What You’ll Do
• Supervise nursing staff during shift
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Support admissions, discharges, and care coordination
• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical needs
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Assist with staffing coverage and team support
Qualifications
• Active Arizona RN license
• 1+ year experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership ability
• Comfortable in a supervisory role

• Current BLS certification
