Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced hospital team in Concord, NH. The nurse will deliver high-quality care in a progressive care setting and be prepared to float as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
Monitor and treat patients in a progressive care/stepdown unit.
Support patients with acute needs, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
Rotate between day and night shifts as assigned.
Float to other units if requested by the facility.
Submission Requirements:
Resume with 2+ years of PCU/Stepdown experience and any travel RN experience clearly listed
2 recent references from charge/manager-level RNs in the specialty
Specialty-specific skills checklist
Active NH or Compact RN license at submission
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
NURSYS report showing all active RN licenses
RTO must be declared at submission
EMR: Cerner experience preferred
