Job Title: Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU RN)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is hiring an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a travel float pool assignment in Atlanta, GA. This role will support multiple PCU/IMCU units caring for cardiac and telemetry patients in a high-acuity hospital environment.

Job Details:

• 13-week travel assignment
• Day shift schedule
• 3 shifts per week
• Float pool assignment across all PCU/IMCU units
• May float to telemetry patients with lower acuity levels
• Patient ratio: 1:3–4
• EMR System: Epic

Clinical Experience Required:

• STEMI and NSTEMI patient care
• Cardiothoracic surgery recovery patients
• Chest pain and cardiac monitoring
• Cardiac drip management including:
  • Milrinone
  • Dobutamine
  • Pressors
• Telemetry interpretation and monitoring experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/IMCU experience in a similar-sized facility
• Active RN license
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Strong cardiac and telemetry experience required
