We are currently seeking experienced and
passionate Registered Nurses to join our Level IV NICU team located
near Renton, WA. This is a full-time, on-site position at a leading
medical center, offering 12-hour night shifts and an exceptional opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our smallest and most vulnerable patients.
Qualified
candidates will bring at least one year of post-graduation NICU
experience in a hospital setting and a commitment to providing
compassionate, high-quality care. A $5,000 hiring bonus is available for eligible external hires and rehires who meet program criteria. Relocation assistance may be offered to ideal candidates.
Duties
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, plan and implement individualized patient care
Monitor and document changes in condition, administer medications, and communicate with care teams
Advocate for holistic and ethical care, respecting patient values and rights
Provide education and foster learning among patients, families, and team members
Lead within the care team, delegate appropriately, and promote professional collaboration
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, using evidence-based practices to improve outcomes
Engage in continuous professional development aligned with top-of-license nursing standards
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of NICU RN experience in a hospital setting (required)
Experience must be post-graduation; clinical rotations or residencies are not applicable
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
Active Washington State Registered Nurse License (required upon hire)
BLS certification American Heart Association (required upon hire)
NRP certification American Academy of Pediatrics (required upon hire)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
