Looking for a higher hourly rate without traditional benefits? The Lutheran Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in a full-time Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) position earning $45.00 per hour.

As an RN, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care to residents while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a faith-based senior living community.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Illinois RN License
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience

Preferred:

• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation

• $45.00/hour
• Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) position
• Additional shift differentials may apply

• Full-Time
• Available shifts:
  • 6:00am- 2:00pm
  • 7:00am- 7:00pm
  • 7:00pm- 7:00am
