Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab (Days)

Shift: 4x10s Days 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Requirement description :

• Cath Lab RN Experience - [REQUIRED]
• Experience with Maclab (hemodynamics) - [REQUIRED]
• Basic knowledge of IR & Vascular - [REQUIRED]
• Impella experience - [REQUIRED]
• Knowledge & operation of intraaortic balloon pump - [REQUIRED]
• Travel Work Experience - [PREFERRED]
• Epic EMR Experience - [REQUIRED]
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) - Required
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed within the last two years - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

• LARA and/or Nursys must state Active Michigan/MI License - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : 1-2 Nights Call Per Week
On Call Requirements : 10 days of call per month (call includes IR/Vascular and STEMI)
