Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Duties:- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Monitor patient progress and update medical records- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Skills:- Strong anatomy knowledge- Experience in caring for individuals with developmental disabilities- Proficiency in Cerner or similar electronic health record systems- Previous experience in a Home Health setting prefferd- Skilled in medication administration
