REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or higher
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan (MI)

OVERVIEW

This role provides an opportunity to deliver comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting. The RN will perform assessments, treatments, screenings, and patient education while collaborating closely with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, clinically strong, and committed to maintaining patient safety, privacy, and high‑quality care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate patient care needs and prioritize treatmentConduct nursing assessments including history, physical exams, and vital signsCollaborate with physicians or licensed practitioners for further treatmentIdentify and report equipment needing repairPerform occupational and health screening tests (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)Conduct laboratory tests and quality control proceduresDocument assessments, treatments, medications, discharge instructions, and follow‑up careProvide patient health education and trainingMaintain a clean, safe environment following infection control proceduresProtect patient privacy and confidentialityParticipate in follow‑up phone calls and patient visitsDraw blood and administer vaccinations
