Swedish Hospital is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Med/Surg Float Pool. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working across multiple Med/Surg units.
Position Highlights
$37.25- $57.74/hour based on experience
+ Float Differential
Additional shift differentials will apply
No on-call requirement
Float across 5 Med/Surg units
Clinical ladder and career growth opportunities
Available Shifts
Day/Night Rotation: FT, 36 hrs/week | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Night Shift: FT, 36 hrs/week | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holidays: Rotating holidays
Scheduling: 6-week schedule blocks
What You'll Do
Provide high-quality, individualized care to Med/Surg patients while floating between units based on hospital needs. This position is a great fit for an RN who enjoys variety, adapting to different teams, and caring for a diverse patient population.
Requirements
1+ year of recent acute-care hospital floor RN experience
Current Illinois RN license
AHA BLS/CPR required
ASN/Associate Degree in Nursing required
