Job Summary:

Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) LTC Supervisor
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 Weeks
Work Schedule: Days 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform medication passes and monitor resident responses
• Assess, monitor, and report changes in resident condition
• Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with facility policies and physician orders
• Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units
• Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote resident safety, infection prevention, and quality care initiatives
• Support admissions, discharges, and overall unit operations during assigned shifts

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing experience required
• Supervisor/Charge RN experience preferred
• Strong medication administration and med-pass skills
• Experience with IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident assessment
• Knowledge of LTC regulations, infection control, HIPAA, and resident safety standards
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate care on assigned units
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Active New York RN License (required at the time of submission)
• BLS Certification (AHA or equivalent)
