Registered Nurse (RN) LTC Supervisor for our client in
Vestal, NY 13850 . This is a

Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) LTC Supervisor
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 Weeks
Work Schedule: Days 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform medication passes and monitor resident responses
- Assess, monitor, and report changes in resident condition
- Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with facility policies and physician orders
- Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units
- Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote resident safety, infection prevention, and quality care initiatives
- Support admissions, discharges, and overall unit operations during assigned shifts
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing experience required
- Supervisor/Charge RN experience preferred
- Strong medication administration and med-pass skills
- Experience with IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident assessment
- Knowledge of LTC regulations, infection control, HIPAA, and resident safety standards
- Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate care on assigned units
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
- Active New York RN License (required at the time of submission)
- BLS Certification (AHA or equivalent)
