     Registered Nurse (RN) – Patient-Centered Care

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident health needs
    • Administer medications and monitor treatment plans
    • Document care activities and maintain compliance with regulations
    • Support holistic, person‑centered care in collaboration with the team

     

    Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

    • Active RN license in Wisconsin (required)
    • CPR certification
    • Experience in geriatrics preferred
    • Strong communication and leadership abilities
    • Commitment to confidentiality, quality, and adaptability
