REQUIREMENTS
- Current nursing license
- Experience in IMCU/PCU/Stepdown nursing preferred
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care that meets patients' needs.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other clinical staff as appropriate.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining nursing competencies and resource management.
