  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams from admission through comprehensive discharge planning.
  • Act as a clinical leader on the floor, assisting with precepting new staff and providing directional support to LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).
  • Certifications: Core certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire). EPNC and TNCC certifications are highly preferred.
  • Required Experience: Proven post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit combined with recent Critical Care (ICU) or Progressive Care (PCU/Stepdown) nursing experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Dedicated pediatric nursing experience is highly desired.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency in basic cardiac telemetry, EKG interpretation, advanced nursing principles, and standard office/computer software.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance packages.
  • Robust retirement savings plan with a generous employer matching contribution.
  • Fully covered medical malpractice insurance.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) allocation to support a healthy work-life balance.
