Job Duties: Registered Nurse  

• Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and developing individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.  
• Conduct and enter admissions of new residents into Point Click Care (PCC).

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.  

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.  

Qualifications:  

• State of Iowa RN license  
• Previous LTC experience is preferred but not required 

Open Shifts Available: 

• Night Shift, 6:00p-6:30a Full Time or Part Time 
• Day Shift, 6:00a-6:30p Full Time or Part Time
• Evening Shift, 2:30p-11:00p Full Time or Part Time
• PRN

What We Offer  

• Pay for RN's starting at $41.00 per hour. Pay is based on years of experience with a $5,000 sign-on bonus!  

• Shift Differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekends 
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including health care, vision, dental, and 401(k).  
• Eligible nurses may qualify for up to $50,000 through the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes Initiative, including student loan repayment and stipends
  • Up to $40,000 in student loan repayment
  • Up to $10,000 stipend for eligible participants
  • Must Work an average of 30 hours per week
  • Must Commit to three years of service with WesleyLife
