• Pay Rate: $79.20 $83.20 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (4x10 Hours), 12:30 23:00; will accept 4x10s or 3x12s
• On-Call Requirements:

- Estimated 8 days on call during a 6-week schedule; all call split evenly across RNFAs - Kidney call rotation Monday through Friday 18:00 06:00 - Kidney call rotation Saturday and Sunday 24 hours 06:00 06:00 - Saturday and Sunday general call rotation 07:00 17:00 - Holiday general call rotation 07:00 17:00; no kidney call on holidays

• Pay Differentials:

- On-Call: $15.00 - Call Back: 1.3x - Charge: $2.50 - Holiday: 1.3x

• Double Time: None
• Employment Overtime Threshold: 8 regular hours in a day OR 40 regular hours in 1 week at 1.3x
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a contract Registered Nurse/RNFA position in the Operating Room at a hospital facility in Orange, CA. The role requires proficiency across multiple surgical specialties and involves on-call responsibilities distributed evenly across the RNFA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and circulating duties across multiple surgical specialties
• Assist in robotic surgery procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation, estimated at 8 days per 6-week schedule, with call split evenly across RNFAs
• Cover kidney call rotation Monday through Friday (18:00 06:00) and Saturday/Sunday (06:00 06:00, 24 hours)
• Cover general call rotation Saturday and Sunday (07:00 17:00) and holidays (07:00 17:00)

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of scrub and circulating experience required

Education Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) credential required
