Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $60-$65/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health for a 13-week contract assignment in Portland, OR. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while supporting individualized care plans and coordinating services as needed.

Territory - Southeast Portland

The Southeast Territory includes areas with the top border along US-26, extending through:

• Milwaukie
• Clackamas
• Happy Valley
• Damascus
• Potentially West Linn
• Lake Oswego

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Home Health experience required
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week
• Minimum productivity expectation of 25 points per week
• Ability to provide skilled nursing care independently in patients' homes
