Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California RN license in good standing

- Ability to promptly clear a criminal background check and TB risk assessment within 60 days prior to start
- Understanding of mandated child abuse reporting requirements under California law
- Strong organizational skills, empathy, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide health office support, addressing both urgent and routine student health needs
- Administer medications to students per physician instructions and school policies
- Conduct state-mandated hearing and vision screenings for required grade levels and document results accurately
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to promote student wellness
- Maintain precise health records in accordance with district and state guidelines
