You'll collaborate with Aurora Physicians across specialties to deliver safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care. Assessing patient needs and implementing individualized care plans.
Coordinating discharge planning and patient education.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing but new grads welcome to apply
