- Previous Charge Experience: Preferred

- Patient Ratio Experience: 1:5
- Charting System: Preferred, Epic
- Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred
- Trauma Level I Experience:
- Preferred
- Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered.
- Unit is trialing team nursing where two nurses and a PCT partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients ultimately, improving both the workload and patient care. During this trial, nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the status of the trial.
