Registered Nurse in Glendale, AZ.
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Glendale, AZ 85308
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Payrate: $52-$54/hour
Responsibilities:- Assesses patients physical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, educational, safety, and discharge needs.
- Identifies nursing diagnoses based on assessment findings.
- Sets realistic, patient-specific goals with patient and family input.
- Develops individualized care plans based on patient needs and procedures.
- Implements nursing and medical orders appropriate to the patients condition.
- Performs other assigned hospital duties.
Qualifications:- Registered Nurse State License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- At least 2 years of experience
